Bart the builder
Working last week as a landscaper was quiet fun! i needed to get out of the office cause i was getting bored and fed up sitting behind a desk all day & too long! even though i have plenty to do. Tomorrow and wednesday ill still be helping but on thursday and friday i’ll be in the office again finishing & continuing projects. i should work once or twice a week for phil to get out more and then the rest of the week in the office! great idea, ill ask haha!
first day! picking up stones (chips they call them here i believe).
and then this is what we made

then after a day of hard work phil and i went to some random shop to get some cookies. and look what i found (again, since they had them in norway this summer too.) i bought it even though it was 7 degrees outside or so :p. its a bit of a family thing. they’ll understand.
and i tought myself on saturday how to drive a mini dumper & mini digger 
. ah…. i forgot to mention. the first day me and lachy (je zegt lacky) went out in the field and i had to drive a quad bike. it was very cool cause it was a big field and there where no animal obstacles 
.
waiting for raab who is sitting in the mini digger. when the mini dumper got full i had to drive around the house and ‘dump’ the dirt in the trash. very fun & new experience.
saturday i worked till 1 and had vaulting after. vaulting wasnt too bad. i feel like i need more horse training. training in the gym is going really well though. feeling myself improve. now i need to use it on the horse and just keep training.
saturday night we had a real fun night out. when i go out i like to enjoy the good music. it hasnt been that great the last times we where out. i had a lot of fun but i just missed the good music. this weekend is was alot better and i enjoyed myself so much more. so we have to remember that place.. haha.

wel lekker ja om ff met je lijf bezig te zijn en te werken voor geld in plaats van te ruilen
ik mis de foto van de MG nog, maar de andere foto’s zijn leuk en goed om te zien.
k wilde een fotootje inplakken van lucas en ar, samen naast paard op prinsjesdag, luuc en ar in vol koninginne ornaat. je kent dat wel , maar toch goed om te zien. alleen dat plakken lukt niet, later ‘n facebook bijwereken. nu aan slag voor school, er is veel werk, dat moet af.
vandaag de man geweest om het plafond in de woonkamer te repareren. we hadden tijdens de verbouwing van de badkamer ineens lekkage! jos en ik dachten eerst dat het een muis was…maar op een gegeven moment was het geluid toch wel erg regelmatig. begon boven de kast, later uit de lamp en overal kwam water. wij de hoofdkraan afgesloten. maar goed, de loodgieter had iets vergeten. nu wordt het hele plafond in de achterkamer gerepareerd en is alles straks weer goed en fraai.
we zijn vorige week nog naar het appartement gaan kijken. toch wel leuk. beetje stadser wonen. we hebben de makelaar gevraagd of er een gaskachel in gemaakt kan worden. als dat kan heb je grote kans dat we toch een bod doen en ons huis te koop zetten.
ik hou je daarover op de hoogte.

Hoi Bart, vorige week was ik bezorgd omdat Engeland en Schotland nogal waren getroffen door heftige regenval… heb je het droog kunnen houden of heeft het jullie niet getroffen?? Hoop dat laatste van harte.
Hier gaat het z’n gangetje, alhoewel: Sint Nicolaas heeft z’n intrede gedaan, dus binnenkort zullen chocoladeletters en cadeautjes door de schoorsteen vallen…
